Moles, Milia & Warts
Spot laser treatment for raised lesions.
At a glance
| Treatment time | 10 – 30 minutes |
|---|---|
| Anaesthesia | Anaesthetic cream |
| Downtime | 1 – 2 weeks |
| Interval | 4 – 8 weeks |
What it treats
Moles, skin tags, milia, flat warts, syringoma and sebaceous hyperplasia.
Each lesion sits at a different depth and has different tissue characteristics, so we take those into account and treat with precisely set laser energy.
For example, milia are small white or yellow lesions in the epidermis around the eyes and cheeks, caused by keratin becoming trapped through friction, skin damage or cosmetics. The laser removes only the raised tissue.
Devices we use
CO2 laser and Er:YAG laser, chosen according to the lesion.
Accurate diagnosis by an experienced specialist and careful technique keep complications and recurrence to a minimum.
How we work with it
Assessment by a board-certified dermatologist, treatment planned around your skin, and aftercare aimed at preventing recurrence.

Aftercare
- 1.
Temporary redness, swelling and a burning sensation can appear in the treated area; this is a normal response.
- 2.
Crusting can form on the lesion and usually falls away naturally within five to ten days.
- 3.
Never pick or scratch the crusts before they fall away on their own.
- 4.
Light washing and makeup are possible from the day after treatment.
- 5.
Apply regenerative ointment or moisturiser generously so the area does not dry out.
- 6.
Do not use alcohol-based or exfoliating products until the skin has recovered.
- 7.
Avoid saunas, steam rooms, swimming and vigorous exercise for at least a week.
- 8.
If discomfort worsens, or there is discharge, pus or marked swelling, contact the clinic immediately.
- 9.
Pigmented lesions are not always removed completely in one treatment, and further sessions can be needed depending on skin type.
