For three to seven days after treatment, it is better to avoid excessive alcohol, saunas and steam rooms, hot baths and vigorous exercise.

Do not massage or press the treated area firmly.

Slight redness and swelling can appear after treatment; these fade naturally with time.

Applying a firming moisturiser consistently helps maintain the lifting effect.
